1. Liability for Lens Installation

The products offered on hyperlightoptics.com include optical lenses designed for installation into eyeglass frames. Installation — including cutting, adjustment, and fitting — should be performed exclusively by a qualified optician.

The seller shall not be held liable for any damage to the lenses resulting from improper installation, incorrect frame adjustment, use of inappropriate tools, or any errors caused by third parties (including optical stores, service providers, or the customer themselves).

Due to the customized nature of Hyperlight Universal Lens Set, Hyperlight Outdoor Lens Set and Hyperlight Indoor Lens Set, fitting and installation, these products are not eligible for return or exchange once they have been mounted into eyeglass frames — regardless of whether the installation was carried out by the customer, an optician, or any third party.

Returns are only accepted for lenses that are unused, uncut, and unmounted, and which remain in their original, undamaged packaging.

The customer acknowledges that proper installation requires professional tools and expertise, and agrees to entrust the installation to a qualified optical specialist.

The seller strongly recommends consulting with an optician prior to purchase to verify the compatibility of the lenses with the selected frames.
